Michael R. Limsky, Esquire
A business and tax attorney with more than 25 years experience, Mike Limsky has assisted hundreds of dentists with the acquisition and sale of their professional practices. Mike is also experienced with handling start-ups and buy-ins/buy-outs. Today, approximately 90% of Mike’s clients are dental professionals. Mr. Limsky has been recently named as a “Five Star Wealth Manager” by Baltimore Magazine.
Stacie M. Dowling, Esquire
Stacie Dowling received J.D. from the University Of Maryland School Of Law. She was admitted to practice law in Maryland in 2007. Stacie has been heavily involved in the dental transaction division of Summerfield, Willen, Silverberg and Limsky since joining the firm in 2009. She also has significant experience in contract and lease negotiations, general business planning and transactions. Ms. Dowling is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Carroll County Bar Association.
